What is Ask Apple?

Apple now offers developer-focused Q&A sessions called “Ask Apple.” Apple engineers are easy to corner for assistance from developers. Apple announced a new programme designed to provide developers with access to answers to frequently asked questions between WWDC conferences. On October 17, a brand-new Apple programme called “Ask Apple” will launch.

Apple announced on its developer website(opens in new tab) that its engineers would be available for Slack and in-person office hours to developers who signed up for Ask Apple sessions.

Affirmative Responses to Frequently Asked Questions

Many attendees of Apple’s annual Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) look forward to the chance to speak with an Apple engineer in either one-on-one or group settings to get their burning questions answered. And it seems like Ask Apple will be able to do the same thing, with its wide range of questions and answers.
Apple says that developers who use Ask Apple can ask questions about “testing on the latest seeds; implementing new and updated frameworks from Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC); adopting new features like the Dynamic Island; moving to Swift, SwiftUI, and accessibility; and preparing their apps for new OS and hardware releases.” If you’re a member of the Apple Developer Program or Apple Developer Enterprise Program, you can attend these sessions at no cost.

According to Apple, developers will be able to “connect with Apple evangelists, engineers, and designers to get their questions answered, share their learnings, and engage with other developers around the world” via the “series,” which will take the form of Q&As on Slack and one-on-one office hours, respectively.
