The current prime minister of Britain, Rishi Sunak, is an avid gym-goer whose daily regimen will motivate you to make positive changes in your own life. In an interview with Harry Stebbings last year for his podcast, “The Twenty Minute VC,” Mr. Sunak discussed his rigorous daily regimen and dietary preferences.

According to Mr. Sunak’s podcast confession, “I wake up between 6-7 am, depending on what gym I am doing.”

He also discussed his fitness routine and methods for staying in shape. “One session of Peleton,” “one session on the treadmill,” and “one HIIT class,” he stated.

Mr Sunak also follows Cody Rigsby “My longstanding favourite, thus I listen to a lot of Britney (Spears). I think attempting to inspire you isn’t awful. I’m diversifying.”

Mr. Sunak sometimes fasts. “Intermittent fasting means I usually skip breakfast. Greek yoghurt and blueberries are our weekday snacks. Midmorning, I have Gail’s cinnamon bun, a pain au chocolat, or a chocolate chip muffin. I have a rich, sweet dessert.”

“Saturdays we provide a full-cooked breakfast and Sundays pancakes or waffles. We make American pancakes with blueberries and strawberries. Weekly pancakes or waffles.”
