META opens NFT sharing

META enables NFT sharing for US Instagram and Facebook users. All U.S. users can connect their wallets and swap digital treasures. Meta tested digital collectibles with U.S. producers and collectors in May 2022. Non-fungible tokens (NFTs) can be shared on Instagram, it said then.

Meta allows Instagram and Facebook NFT sharing

Meta said in a blog post that users can link their wallets to Instagram. The business opened NFT to non-U.S. users. The Meta blog says this applies to 100 countries. The update could advance the company’s Metaverse objectives. Metaverse combines virtual and mixed reality to allow virtual interactions.

Developers plan to Metaverse Facebook and Instagram users in the US may now connect their wallets and swap digital artefacts. People can cross-post digital collectibles on Facebook and Instagram. All 100 nations with Instagram digital collectibles can now use the service.
