Dog Gone Trailer
In the documentary “Dog Gone,” Rob Lowe plays real-life dad John Marshall, who hikes the Appalachian Trail in search of his son Fielding’s dog, Gonker (Johnny Berchtold).
Gonker is not a regular dog. Fielding declares, “He is my best buddy.” The world needs only one person that loves them for who they are. That’s how I pictured Gonker, anyhow. And now he has no idea where he is.
Dog Gone 2023 Release date
The movie is scheduled to become available on Netflix on January 13, 2023. Pauls Toutonghi, Marshall’s brother-in-law, wrote Dog Gone: A Lost Pet’s Extraordinary Journey and the Family Who Brought Him Home, in which he recounts the entire incident.
