The official trailer for the next Paramount+ original series CRIMINAL MINDS: EVOLUTION has been revealed, and the first two episodes of the season’s ten-episode run will air on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 24.
CBS Television Network has also confirmed that it would play a special broadcast of the pilot episode on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 24 at 10:00 PM Eastern Time/9:00 PM Pacific Time.
A group of serial murderers form a network, and the Behavioral Analysis Unit must reunite to take them down.
In the preview, Joe Mantegna’s character, Dave Rossi, states, “In all my years as a profiler, I studied murderers, but I never researched what a pandemic would do to them.” They were unable to move or hunt, so they began exchanging information in order to improve as predators.
The investigators are back in action in the new trailer for Criminal Minds: Evolution, where they’re looking into a serial murderer who kept himself occupied throughout the epidemic by amassing victims and keeping them in shipping containers. At least by hanging a few hundred air fresheners, he was able to control the terrible stench.
Joe Mantegna, A.J. Cook, Kirsten Vangsness, Aisha Tyler, Adam Rodriguez, and Paget Brewster are among the original cast members who have returned for future episodes of Evolution. In a season-long narrative, Zach Gilford will be joining the cast as a recurrent guest star.
Production for Criminal Minds: Evolution is handled by ABC Signature and CBS Studios. Erica Messer oversees the programme as the showrunner, EP, and creator. Writers and EPs Breen Frazier and Chris Barbour, Director/EP Glenn Kershaw, and EP Mark Gordon round out the creative team.
