The implications of that trip for Asian Americans as a community are still being worked out, and there is a lot of confusion about what is right and where Asian Americans do not belong. I, a person of colour who is not black, pledge to listen carefully and make an honest effort to comprehend AAVE’s background and significance. Tiffany Cross and activists have slammed the post for being too late and unapologetic.
